Cello Sound Post Setter

The sound post setter is a small metal tool about 23cm long.
The sharp point at one end is pressed into the post to hold it for inserting into the instrument.
The other end, which looks like a hand, is for moving the post once it has been placed in the instrument. Please be aware that this is a sharp tool and can cause damage to the edges of the f-holes, it is recommended that soundposts are adjusted by a professional luthier. Many violins have been damaged by poorly fitted soundposts.
