Violin Bow By Jean Dominique Adam Mirecourt C.1820 Baroque/classical

Born 1795 in Mirecourt, son of Jean Adam. Studied with his father 1807-10.

The octagonal stick of pernambuco of a dark orange-brown colour, silver mounted ebony frog inlaid with pearl eye, three part silver adjuster with inlaid pearl on alternate facets and inlaid pearl eye.
