The Veloce is the latest development from Arcus, targeted towards Students and Amateurs. It features a beautiful, classic cut Piratinera frog. Its weight is around 80 grams, which places it halfway between a "normal" bow and our professional series. The sound it produces is especially warm and round.
Arcus cello bows open up completely new dimensions. Although they have double the resiliency of a "normal" cello bow, with only about 68 gram they are as light as a regular viola bow. And with a length of the stick of 71.5 cm, the hair is 1-2 cm longer, extending your playing possibilities. You will also notice that the sound in the upper quarter is perfectly full and clear.
