Viola By Erich Werner 1978 A viola made in 1978 by E.Werner in Bubenreuth. It has a powerfull sound with a warm tone.
The two piece back of maple of strong medium-broad curl running horizontally across the back from the joint. The ribs, pegbox and scroll of similar curl.
The two piece front of pine of medium grain.
The varnish of an orange-brown colour on a yellow ground. Label Reads:
